- Shrimp Cigars - Homemade
- Shrimp and whipped cream cheese, fresh garlic, spices, a touch of white wine all rolled inside a delicate crispy wonton, with a side of homemade teriyaki ginger sauce.
- Mozzarella Sticks
- Crispy and gooey Mozzarella sticks served with ranch dressing or marinara sauce on the side.

- All our steaks are USDA Choice, raised in the U.S.A., Hand-Cut, Center-Cut and Barrel-Cut, Thick Colorado and Nebraska Steaks, and cooked to order on our charbroiler.

- Rib Eye
- Our most popular and most flavorful steak is the Rib eye. We hand cut this juicy steak. Mmmm, 12 oz. of heaven.
- New York Strip
- A tender, hand cut 10 oz. New York strip steak. Very flavorful!
- T-Bone
- Our biggest steak is the best of both worlds, half New York and half Fillet, served with steak butter. A real crowd pleaser. 18 ounces.
- Filet Mignon
- 8 ounces of the most tender, hand cut Fillet, served with demi-glace sauce. A steak with great customer satisfaction. Butterflied when ordered medium well to well.
- Buffalo New York
- Buffalo is delicious and has just a bit different taste and texture than beef. Buffalo New York is served with or without demi-glace sauce, your choice. 10 oz.
- Elk Sirloin
- Elk is rich meat and a bit different taste and texture than venison. The Elk Sirloin is served with or without demi-glace sauce, your choice. 8 oz.

- Baby back pork ribs slow cooked all day in our special homemade BBQ sauce. Finger lickin' good.

- An 8 oz. filet of grilled Salmon topped with fresh lemon wine butter.
- Teriyaki Chicken Breast
- Breast of chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, and fresh ginger, charbroiled to perfection and topped with a grilled pineapple garnish.
- Breast of Chicken Dinner
- Breast of chicken marinated in fresh basil, fresh rosemary, sage, fresh garlic, olive oil, and lemon, charbroiled to perfection. Your choice with or without our homemade BBQ sauce.
